With an established team already in place, this opportunity would ideally suit an experienced operator with a strong background in food-led pubs or destination dining. You’ll be confident leading, inspiring and developing a team, while bringing the energy, ideas and commercial drive needed to grow the business.

Community will be at the heart of the pub, so we’re looking for someone who understands how to create a welcoming atmosphere, build strong local relationships and develop events, occasions and reasons for customers to return time and again.

There’s plenty on offer for the right operator, including two-bedroom live-in accommodation, all utility bills covered and an established team already in place.

This pub is available on an Operator Managed agreement, with a £5,000 ingoing deposit required. You’ll operate the pub on a percentage agreement, meaning your main outgoings are your own living costs and your team’s wages – giving you the opportunity to focus on growing the business and maximising its potential.
