MidlandsWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to oversee and drive growth within our premium pub portfolio, which includes venues offering high-quality food and letting rooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, enhancing guest experiences, and maximising profitability through effective business strategies.

Pub Operator
Peak DistrictWe are looking for a new operator to take on one of our new acquisitions. The site is based in a much loved tourist part of the Peak District, a stone throw away from some of the County's main attractions. We are either looking for an individual operator or a couple. The site boasts restaurant, pub trading area, bedrooms and function space.
Pub Operator
South West WalesAn exciting opportunity to run one of our pubs has arisen and we are looking for an experienced individual or couple. Our Pub Operator business model means you can enjoy being self-employed and run the pub as your own, but with the support of our experienced head office team. We agree a business plan with you to maximise sales and profit, but you are free to recruit, develop and manage your own team. Remuneration is in the form of a percentage of turnover. In addition to this, the majority of our pubs offer living accommodation, with your utilities paid by us.

Bala, WalesAn exciting opportunity to run one of our flagship pubs has arisen and we are looking for an experienced couple, where experience across Front of House and Kitchen would be preferred.
