The White Horse is a well-established community pub located in the heart of Atherstone. The venue has been trading for several years and has maintained a reputation as a welcoming and traditional local pub with strong regular custom.

We are looking to partner with an experienced operator who can manage and grow multiple revenue streams, and implement consistent standards across the business. Proven experience in hospitality, food service, and event programming is essential.

Comfortable live-in accommodation is provided onsite, suitable for an individual or couple.

Pub Operator

Opportunity to run a traditional town centre operation in Wigan. Predominantly wet led but with a small food offering. The site has a steady daytime trade and benefits from football and rugby fans during home match days. Close proximity to the train station, the site has a good mix of locals and visitors and serves a great selection of beers and real ales.

We are looking for a hands on, driven operator to take this site to the next level. Some food experience is essential to help launch a small food operation. 

This is a live out position, the site has no accommodation. Self employed managed model but with a generous percentage on offer to reflect this.

We are searching for experienced, community focused Pub Operators in Cardiff and the surrounding area. We have a number of pubs which have either had a full refurbishment or have one in the pipeline and we are looking to find great operators to drive them forwards.

These are wet-led only sites that have a strong rhythm of the week activity to help maximise revenue with regular quiz nights, bingo and more. There is a strong emphasis on team sports such as pool, darts and skittles, so we are looking for motivated operators who are ready to engage with locals, plan charity days and family fun days.

Our operator managed business model offers living accommodation on-site, a percentage of weekly net sales and target driven bonus and incentives.

Pub Operator

An exciting opportunity to run one of our pubs has arisen and we are looking for an experienced individual or couple. Our Pub Operator business model means you can enjoy being self-employed and run the pub as your own, but with the support of our experienced head office team. We agree a business plan with you to maximise sales and profit, but you are free to recruit, develop and manage your own team. Remuneration is in the form of a percentage of turnover.
