Property
From identifying new acquisition opportunities to delivering major refurbishment projects, our Property team is responsible for creating and developing exceptional pubs. They oversee everything from the first viewing to the final finishing touches, breathing new life into venues across the UK.
Finance
Our Finance team is at the heart of the business, providing the insight and expertise that drives smart decision making. They keep a close eye on performance, manage the numbers and help ensure Valiant continues to grow as a strong, sustainable business.
Audit
Our Audit team helps protect the strength and integrity of the business, providing assurance that the right processes and controls are in place. They keep a close eye on how we operate, identify opportunities for improvement and help ensure Valiant continues to grow responsibly.
Central Operations
Our Central Operations Team consists of Marketing, Food & New Openings. From developing new menu dishes, to campaigns that drive sales in our pubs, to training and developing new operators as they start their journey with Valiant. The Central Operations Team provide the ideas, tools and support that help our pubs thrive and keep our business moving forward.
Operations & Business Development
Our experienced Business Development Managers are out on the road, working closely with operators to help every pub reach its full potential. Building strong relationships, identifying opportunities and supporting long-term success means no two days are ever the same.
Business Support
Our Business Support Team is at the heart of Valiant. From looking after People & HR, to Operations Support ensuring our pubs and operations team have everything they need, to new starter inductions and our Property Helpdesk Team who are responsible for maintaining our exceptional pubs.
