Pub Operator

We are searching for experienced, community focused Pub Operators in Cardiff and the surrounding area. We have a number of pubs which have either had a full refurbishment or have one in the pipeline and we are looking to find great operators to drive them forwards.

These are wet-led only sites that have a strong rhythm of the week activity to help maximise revenue with regular quiz nights, bingo and more. There is a strong emphasis on team sports such as pool, darts and skittles, so we are looking for motivated operators who are ready to engage with locals, plan charity days and family fun days.

Our operator managed business model offers living accommodation on-site, a percentage of weekly net sales and target driven bonus and incentives.

Pub Operator

An exciting opportunity to run one of our pubs has arisen and we are looking for an experienced individual or couple. Our Pub Operator business model means you can enjoy being self-employed and run the pub as your own, but with the support of our experienced head office team. We agree a business plan with you to maximise sales and profit, but you are free to recruit, develop and manage your own team. Remuneration is in the form of a percentage of turnover. In addition to this, the majority of our pubs offer living accommodation, with your utilities paid by us.

The ideal candidates would either be someone experienced in town or city centre venues, or a couple with a proven track record of executing both FOH & Kitchen together as a team.

Current MSA is 20% of NET weekly sales, 30% of letting accommodation.
