Pub Operator

The beautiful recently refurbished Black Lion pub is now available. Situated on the high street in the pretty Shropshire town of Ellesmere, a great pub with a dynamic blend of bar and restaurant, the Lions 'den', function space and a cracking beer garden. 

Offering itself to both locals and tourists the opportunity to grow this business for the right operator is really exciting.

We are ideally looking for a driven operator who has a solid understanding on how to grow sales, understands the importance of working in the business and the benefits this brings to both standards, sales and growth.

We are searching for experienced, community focused Pub Operators in Cardiff and the surrounding area. We have a number of pubs which have either had a full refurbishment or have one in the pipeline and we are looking to find great operators to drive them forwards.

These are wet-led only sites that have a strong rhythm of the week activity to help maximise revenue with regular quiz nights, bingo and more. There is a strong emphasis on team sports such as pool, darts and skittles, so we are looking for motivated operators who are ready to engage with locals, plan charity days and family fun days.

Our operator managed business model offers living accommodation on-site, a percentage of weekly net sales and target driven bonus and incentives.

Pub Operator

An exciting opportunity to run one of our pubs has arisen and we are looking for an experienced individual or couple.
