Job Purpose

The EPOS/Pricing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of pricing data, cost structures, and product listings within the EPOS system. This role involves working closely with the finance, operations, and stock audit teams, as well as liaising with external EPOS providers, to maintain stock accuracy and implement approved pricing strategies.

Core Accountabilities

EPOS System Coordination

  • Address till-related product and pricing queries from Business Development Managers.
  • Ensure accuracy of product costs, pricing structures, and recipes in the EPOS system.
  • Implementation of the approved cost and sales price adjustments provided by the FP&A Manager in the EPOS system.
  • Perform regular checks to maintain EPOS data integrity.

Database & Pricing Accuracy

  • Log and resolve pricing or stock discrepancies reported by business departments in collaboration with the EPOS provider.
  • Conduct checking to ensure consistency in costs, recipes, and retail prices across all locations.

Maintain Property Management System (PMS for Hotels/ Accommodations)

  • Oversee pricing updates for new and current accommodation sites in the PMS system.
  • Liaising with external software suppliers to ensure accurate analysis in pricing and functionality of the software.

Process Management

  • Assist in drafting, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pricing and EPOS processes.

Ad Hoc

  • Support the Finance team and key stakeholders with any additional duties from time to time.
