Proven experience managing high-volume sites, with sales of up to £30K per week. Strong kitchen management skills, ensuring smooth and efficient food operations. Experience of hotel rooms is beneficial. Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel at home whether they’re enjoying a drink, dining or staying in one of the hotel rooms. The drive to grow the business, while respecting its heritage and reputation. Passion for community engagement, making the pub a true local hub. A hands-on operator who can lead a team, drive sales, and create an unforgettable customer experience.
