Our business model gives you the freedom to run your own pub, yet with the support and expertise of Valiant.
As a self-employed partner of Valiant, you recruit, develop and manage your own team. We agree a pub business plan with you to maximise sales and profit. In return, you are rewarded with an uncapped percentage of turnover. In the majority of our pubs you also benefit from living accommodation with your utilities paid by us.
