The opportunity also includes spacious 2/3-bedroom private accommodation and operates on Valiant’s percentage agreement, meaning you’ll only be responsible for your own living costs and your team’s wages.

We’re looking for ambitious, experienced operators who can build on the pub’s existing success and develop its potential as a destination for fresh, quality food, great cask ales and good-value draught products, comfortable overnight stays and genuine community hospitality.

Ideally suited to an experienced couple, with a chef or strong food background particularly advantageous, this is a fantastic opportunity for operators who can lead and inspire a great team, drive the food and accommodation offer and make the most of the pub’s busy summer trade.

Applicants must hold a valid Personal Licence.

Live-in accommodation is included with this opportunity, with a spacious 2/3-bedroom private flat providing a comfortable home on-site for the pub operators.

This pub is available on an Operator Managed agreement, with a £5,000 ingoing deposit required. You’ll operate the pub on a percentage agreement, meaning your main outgoings are your own living costs and your team’s wages – giving you the opportunity to focus on growing the business and maximising its potential.
